Bradford Council's general outdoor-activities service (climbing, kayaking, bushcraft, high ropes etc) for schools, youth groups and community organisations. Checked directly - no SEND-specific framing or adapted-access offer found anywhere in council or partner coverage. Generic-access service open to all, same reasoning as Step Up and Library events already excluded elsewhere.
