A national mortality review programme (reviewing deaths of people with learning disabilities to improve future care), not a service anyone is referred to for support - there's no one to contact for help with a child or young person here. Separately, it is scoped to adults 18+, but that's not the reason for exclusion (18-25 year olds are within this dataset's scope) - it's excluded because it isn't a referable support service at all.
