Excluded from import
ParentShield
Seen on: Hartlepool Now Support Finder (hartlepoolnow.co.uk/organisations)
Their own site: https://parentshield.co.uk/
Why it wasn't imported
A paid commercial product - a mobile phone tariff/handset with built-in parental-control features, from £9.99/month. The provider is based in Derbyshire (Pioneer House, Derby Road, Stenson) with no Hartlepool or North East presence; this is a nationally-marketed consumer product, not a local support service, matching the project's standing exclusion criteria for paid commercial products.
Reconsideration requests
ParentShield is used directly by Local Authorities in the North East to protect vulnerable Young people in their care. along with general consumers. ParentShield absolutely has presence in both Hartlepool and the North East as a whole.
